Virgin moble Complaint - Bad business
Virgin Mobile has to be the worst Company there is for they DON'T CARE about their customers, My phone was turned off today because of a Fraud Alert, which happen over 2 month ago. When I called about this issue I got a sup. who hung up on me. I have been paying my bill with cash for the last few months now. this company is really bad. I now have no phone service and I need my phone.
I would also like to tell you about what they did with their Broadband 2go internet card, in Dec. of 2010 my card wouldn't let me get on line for over 5 days each time I alled about my internet issues I was told in 24 to 72 hours I would have a answer, I even talked to the Surpervier, it took 11 days before I was told that my card was bad. I had to mail it to Virgin Mobile, which I receved the new card. I had 45 days to mail back the bad internet card. long story short, My Card didn't get there when they thought it should so they turned off my internet. I went and bought another card I talked to Virgin Mobile and they told me if I paid 80.00 they would give me back my 80.00, which I never have gotten back.
