Jack In The Box Complaint - You May Get Arrested or Killed for Complaint at Jack - Hiring Biker Gang Members

Hiring Biker Gang Members - Complaint
Review by Lone Wrangler on 2011-07-22
LIVINGSTON, TEXAS -- We went into Livingston Texas jack In The Box, saw a local biker member working and she waited on us very rudely after seeing it was us. You see she had threateend to kill us before and also her biker gang had. After being treated rudely we called Jack at Corporate because jack says he wants to hear from you about your experience. Corporate called the Jack In The Box who told the employee who waited 7 days, went to Police and tried to get criminal charge sfiled on us. Police came to our home to arrest us. We called Corporate to ask why and tell them we are afraid of these people, please stop causing us harm. Corporate says they will tell her we called back and encourages their employees to call Police if they feel threatened by a customer. SO! Complain on an employee to Corporate at Jack In The bOx and risk being murdered by local biker gang or arrested by Police. Anyone know where we can find a good lawyer who will sue over this. We are afraid of these people and we cannot sleep as well as health issues. On top of that Corporate has vowed to cause us more harm from this complaint. BEWARE, you better not file any complaint on Jack....

We had a business in Livingston, 2 of these gang members came in, pulled a knife and tried to slash wife, yelling you are dead mother f---ers, we called 911, Cops came out, high fived the gang memebrs who told us we are dead, we f--ked with the wrong people, and let them go. Even though they had 911 tape, and found knife they hid, Cops said our word against theirs. Now this episode with Jack In The Box...more death threats from this gang now...... This employee of Jack's has called and told us she has some "ni--ers" who will take care of us tonight. Thanks Jack, we really needed this stress in our lives for eating at Jack In The Box Anyone, please help get media involved or find us a good Lawyer

To be fair, I just took a look at the website for the San Jacinto High Rollers. It has a lot of information and includes community events that the club has participated in. Two sides to every story and I'd be remiss if I made any judgement without keeping that in mind (I also note there's a wheel chair in the background of the picture and that sort of looks like a picnic or something). Neutral on this.

Same here, Alain. I am completely neutral.

Ok, so you willingly went into the establishment after you saw that someone who had threatened your life in the past was working there? If it had been me, I would have just turned on my heel and walked out.

I'm not really surprised that you were treated rudely. People really do get angry when you call the cops on them (regardless if it was warrented or not). It's unfortunate that nothing was done about the threats against your wife.

Like cc said, sometimes you have to know when to not get yourself into a situation. I think it's a far stretch to say that if you complain about Jack in the Box, you risk being murdered or arrested by the police. I think it's more fair to say that if you know members of gangs that you tried to get put in prision and you see them again, you should be careful about what you do.

This goes far beyond a Jack issue. I don't think JITB corporate is your solution at all, because even if they were able to do something this would happen at again at whatever other establishment in which you happen to run into one of these people.

You said in the first reply above, you had a 911 incident involving this same group of individuals, and the police said IT was a "he said, she said" incident.

In my opinion, you need to try to avoid these people unless you have solid proof a crime has occurred.

I agree with alain, while this is a very scary situation, I wonder what the full story is behind it. I would definitely not go into a place where someone threated me either.
