Enterprise Complaint - Scam Alert: Denver Airport
Quick shuttle from the airport but the fun ends there. They pushed more expensive gas options than just filling up when you bring the car back. The guy guaranteed a 30 minute wait to fill up at the only gas station within 17 miles upon return. When bringing the car back, I was able to pull right up to the pump.
It was approximately 11 pm when I picked the car up and the associate stated multiple times that since it was dark, we were only looking for major dents in the car. He even made a notation in the paperwork stating as much. Insurance was declined as my personal insurance covers rental cars. Upon returning, I was obviously in a hurry to get out of there to catch my flight. The lady took her sweet time "checking the car" and eventually told me she had discovered a dent in the roof. I mentioned the fact that it was dark and asked her to check the paperwork but was told that they keep all of the paperwork in a different building and that I was welcome to appeal their judgment on the car. When we walked to and looked at the car, the dent was nonexistent...IN THE DAYLIGHT. I've talked with the "appeals hotline" and now it's just a waiting game for them to rule in favor of the rental car company that pays their fees.
This place runs a scam. Steer clear at all costs.
