Quest Internet Complaint - Don't use Quest in Colorado

Quest needs to go out of business.

1. Took 7 days to get service after signing up.
2. I purchased a quest internet router (took 2 hours with a service tech monkey from India) to get connected.
3. Found out quest forgot to hook up my service.
4. When I received a bill they had started two different accounts for 3 times what I contracted for.
5. After another hour on the phone to correct my billing.
6. The internet connection was discontinued.
7. Another hour on the phone to get the service contract correct.
8. Waiting 3 days to get reconnected to the internet.
9. I am very computer literate and l have lost 7 days worth of work because of Quest.

Sounds like you had your share of more than enough problems with Qwest.

I'm also in Colorado and have had nothing but outstanding service. Never had the internet go down or have ever had any landline issues.
