Walmart Complaint - Compliment - TV

I would like to compliment a employee Oh the Grenda Mississippi Walmart. I bought a TV and had lost my recipet however I had a extended warranty. A very nice woman named Mellisa (not sure last name )Told me that I probably would need a receipt to get extended warranty honored even though it is my bad luck I lost It she took the time to explain to me the procedure. . To me even sometimes when Its your fault common courtesy is the best customer service you can give and she did this. Thanks Walmart for hiring her.

Here's a little tip for the future, always staple your receipts to the warranty. It saves you lots of headaches later.
