Air Jamaica Complaint - Did Not Inform Us About Change

I went to the airport at 4am my depart should be at 5:50 arriving Jamaica at 8;35am well it did not go that way I was sitting at JFK for 17 hr all I got from them was a cup of coffee when I get to MBJ I was sick for 3 day I call in and they said to put in a report I can not believe that all my life I used our lovebird now I can not tell no one about it I leave Jamaica sick and they still give me a hard time now that I flee better I would like to get a refund back I do not think the aircraft should sit on the run for 3hr without moving many got sick at that time.

PS - Look into this mess.

What was the reason for the delay? As for the illness, they need verification from a doctor in order to consider any form of reimbursement.
