Ganley Chrysler --- Bedford, Ohio Complaint - Not repairing my car

Tried to get an alignment on my car in 12/1/2010 and was told my right outer tire rod was worn out and need to be replaced by Rad Air, took it to Rainbow muffler to get an alignment and was told the same thing. Took it to Ganley and told them I could not get an alignment on my car because of the outer tire rod needs to be replaced. The took my car back for inspection and came back to say you nee a left and right outer tire rod end. I pulled my papers out and told Ganley they replaced my right outer tire rod in September 2, 2008 as well as rear brakes, rear rotors, struts, rear stabilizer bar, bushings link-sway eliminator.... 4/23/11, took my car back to Ganley because it was making noise in front end, they replace the left outer tire rod end and did nothing with the right tire rod end 7/26/11 I took my car to a mechanic for oil and filter change and to have him look at my brakes because they was making noise, he replaced the rotors, front and back, replaced the brakes front and back and told me my right outer tire rod end need to be replaced it is the original tire rod that came with the car and has never been replaced. I paid for an extended warranty on my car so I can get things fix when needed. I am not happy with this dealership and far as repairs needed on my car.

I believe what people say about Tom Ganley "he don't fix cars, he patch cars".
