mpsuperstore.com Complaint - Rude management

I am a student and i bought a sony vaio laptop for 1364$ . After three weeks the same was for 1000$ . I called up mpsuperstore and they would not match the price and were very rude in saying so. Also i asked what is the procedure to return it and they said they had a 10 day return policy. No policy agreement was signed. Spoke to manager and they were also rude to me . Being an international student saving money is important for me. Do not buy from this site they dont care for their customers.

When you buy something, you agree to their terms, including their return policy and "price matching" or lack thereof. They have no obligation to match a competitors price, and you have no reason to complain that they wont.

You have no complaint. Just because the price went down 3 weeks later does not mean you are entitiled to the difference.
