Sprint Phone Card Complaint - Paid $30 They Did Not Tell Me I Had $13 On Card. I Paid No Problem Told Them I Wanted To Call

My cell died and I wanted to call a friend in the ukraine. Called Sprint no customer service and they said they were the best phone company and each of the 7 or 8 reps I called said they were in the bronks New York. By voice they were off shore in my opinion. They told me to try later. It was 22:50 when I first called and helena answered but could not in the usa. I called again and recorded message said connection was imposible. I called off and on for 2.5 Hours and got the same.

I was a paratrooper in the 509th airborne mech. Infantry and after my service wanted to meet my enemy. Was in the ukraine that was russia till 1991 for 39 days and found as usual people want peace.
Called Sprint customernoservice and was told to write a letter to their company for refund. Called back and was told that was a mistake and no refunds will be given. That was from the supervisor 800.971.7498 Victor #8601. Called chase in the phillipines and they will credit my acct. Its not the money its the principle.

20:45 Hrs called Sprint back to tell action taken thank you gerry jenkins formaly xvlll airborne corps ft bragg nc. 509Th airborne mech. Infantry europe thank you. Will try to call mr howard tomorrow.

I am having a hard time following your complaint. What are you trying to get refunded? Who is Helena? Was the satellite connection down and thats why you couldn't get a connection?
