Victoria Secret - Westfield Mall - Canton, OH Complaint - Regarding Two Bra's I Purchased At Victoria Secret

Review by vlf19202 on 2011-07-27
I recently purchased two bra's from Victoria's Secret at Westfield mall in Caton, Oh. I wear a 34b which the bra say's 34b, it is way to tight after wearing it a few week's which I thought it would loosen up. When it remained to tight I measured the bra it measured out to a 32b!!! I can't return it obviously so now I'm stuck with to very expensive bra's that I can't wear!!! These bra's of course are made in some foreign country somewhere, they charge for the company name and you end up getting ripped off!!! So now does anyone want to inform me of who I should properly complain to??? So tired of wasting my money on foreign crap and yet this is supposed to be an American company!!!

Is this the first time you've purchased from VS, or a different model than you normally wear? If yes, it would have been best to have been measured first. It's the same concept as buying pants, a size 6 in one style/brand may not be a size 6 in another style/brand.

Did you try on the bras before purchase? Even if the label states that it is my size, I always try on since styles can fit differently.

I'm with the others, did you try the bra's on first? VS bra's fit differently according to style. I ordered an "incredible" bra in my usual 32C last summer and it was too big! In some styles, I am a 32C and others (mostly push-up styles) I need a 32D, but almost never a B cup!

The bras as well as their clothing items are manufactured in China.
