Comfort Furniture Showroom, Lowell Mass Complaint - Stay Away
Purchased furniture in January 2011, left $1000.00 deposit. March, April, May, June, no furniture yet. Many phone calls not returned, attempted to cancel order - told I was credited, never happened... Finally received the letter that they are filing Chapter 11, "call our attorney for info how to get credited" Now the attorney doesn't return emails and the voicemail box is "full" so you can't leave a message. They will be trying to remain in business, if they do, stay away from them, they have no problem stringing you along, and taking your money, good luck getting your furniture. We were returning customers who had been very happy in the past.
