Microsft Complaint - Windows7 - To Be Or Not To Be - Genuine

Review by hsilva63 on 2011-07-29
I purchased my Toshiba computer from Walmart with windows7 preloaded 1 year ago. I had to clean out virus's and everything else 2 months ago using 32 bit vynl disk that came with system. It's been 2 weeks that I am constantly reminded by announcements that my copy of windows is not genuine or is a counterfeit. Now my computer crashes during every session. I cannot find support anywhere on the web that can address the criminality of this problem. What is up with this!

have you tried contacting Microsoft about this?

when ever windows has been re-installed, it must be re-activated. there should be a key in the lower right corner or a pop-up saying to re-activate. go to the help section, type in re-activate, and follow the instructions. if you do not re-activate your windows, soon it will lock down, and you will need to start all over.
