Sears Complaint - My gas dryer dried but clothes had bad smell-like gasoline or some chemical.
I called Sears and the repairman came and said I needed a new burner assembly. I started calling around and checking whether I should buy new one or repair it. LUCKILY one reputable serviceman asked me on the phone if there had been any painting going on. I had, in fact, polyurethaned the two wooden arms of a beach chair and an outdoor planter. It turned out that I needed nothing, ONLY NOT TO PAINT WHEN THE DRYER WAS GOING. I have now been on the phone for over an hour to complain to Sears, as I have not intention of paying for poor service.
