Netzero Complaint - Rates that are charged, and poor English skills.
I find it very difficult to talk to some one who speaks very, very poor English skills, and with very little ability too fix a computer. The man to which I'm refering to called himself Jack. He knew very little about my computer, let alone try to fix it. When I'm paying by the minute I don't expect to be told "well let's try this or let's try that". I really resent Netzero chargeing me by the minute and then having to to take it in to have it fixed because He doesen't know what He is talking about. So the money that I owe Netzero I fell should be taken off my credit card. Cindy Rugenstein
