T-Mobile Complaint - Several terrible customer service experiences, hours of my time, problem not fixed!
The new phone that I received had defective parts. 2 hours on the phone with T-mobile customer service personnel left me frustrated and the problem unresolved. One representative would forward my call to another department where I would spend time going over the issue again only to be sent back and forth like a ping pong ball. After that another day another hour of the same. Today I got a third helping of what they call customer service. 4 hours of my life that I will never get back and my defective parts issue has hit a dead end. I was told that I should go to Tmobile.com and purchase the parts ! I am astounded that a company of this size can cause this to happen to a loyal customer that is only trying to resolve a simple issue.
