Netflix Complaint - Cutomer Service - Whose Job
Whose Job - Complaint
Tonight it appears Netflix was having problems with their Starz Live Play Channel streaming.
For over 30 minutes I got "This application is not available at this time" for their Starz Live Channel streaming on their Netflix site.
Since it was a starz priginal live show and not a movie I called Netflix to see what the problem was.
After explaining my problem in detail they tell me that I could easily watch any Starz's movies.
Again I explained that it was one of Starz's original shows and he finally understood.
Their answer was for me to call Starz and to see what Starz's problem was.
Wait a minute..I pay Netflix to provide these services to me not Starz.
Isn't it up to Netflix to solve this problem???
Come to find out from another Customer Service Representative that there had been a problem with their streaming that should be solved anytime.

It seems they are constantly having issues with their streaming server. Either they need to upgrade to a larger server, or stop providing the service. It was such a hassle when I was a member to watch those shows without my computer having to pause and reload. Annoying!
