T-Mobile Complaint - No Service=Early Termination Fees
BELLEVUE, WASHINGTON -- I ported all 3 cell phones from T-Mobile due to no signal in our home. We cannot go without phone coverage in our home anymore. I work from home 100 percent of the time, and needed to get phone coverage that would work in the house. After contacting T-Mobile several times in the past to remediate the problem, there was absolutely nothing they could- do to resolved the signal coverage issue. Due to porting the numbers away to a different carrier on 6/26/2011, I am expecting a termination fee of $200 for each of the 3 lines on my account. These fees should be waived due to a situation beyond my control and the fact that T-Mobile could not resolve the issue with my service while inside my primary residence. In edition to the termination fees, T-Mobile charged me $169.41 for June 23-July 23 even though I had already cancelled my account with them by porting my number. How can a company charge me for a month of service that I did not have. T-mobile is ripping me off and this is unacceptable.
