BEND, OREGON -- I had a custom Pozzi sliding door built in 1999 and in 2011 the lock broke. The lock could not be fixed and I was afraid I would have to replace the door. I found out Pozzi was bought out by Jeldwen. When I contacted them, they replaced lock free of charge!
