The necessary paperwork was sent to your agent in Jericho, NY on 4 July 01, over four months ago. Receipt was acknowledged by email
on 6 September 01. Since that time, numerous inquiries have been sent by email and fax. Only a recorded computerized message is available at your Rebate Centre (1-888-689-4397). Please advise when you intend to send the 'promised' $10 rebate.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
Improved business practices i.e. faster rebates; courteous, personal service and responses to inquiries.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
