Wendys Resturant in Plant City, FL Complaint - Poor quality of food product, Manager not doing due diligence with staff, food not edible

I have been to a Wendys for the last time. I am deeply disappointed at the
quality of the food product that I was given, an old, dried out, hard piece
of fish for the fish sandwich I ordered, and old, hard, greasy french fries.

None of this is acceptable, the food was not edible, and even though I spoke
to management, I did not feel that I could trust a redo of my order. Management
at this store is very lax, the men walk around as if they are not even there,
and they do not check on the quality of the food that is being sent out of the
drive thru, they do not correct the mistakes of the employees, nor seem to care
about the customer. There are several other people I had encountered who feel the
same way. They have had bad experiences with this Wendys on 4308 Sterling Drive
in Plant City, FL. Yes I spoke to the manager on duty at the time, and he wanted
to make it up to me, but I was really afraid that he would sabatage my food.

There's a whole lotta "I don't care" at Wendy's these days and the food shows it. It's a shame too because Wendy's used to be pretty decent.

This location is definitely poorly managed. That makes all the difference. I am sorry you are unable to enjoy the excellent food quality and service available at the countless Wendy's restaurants that have proper management. Please contact corporate and let them know about this location. A new management team is definitely in order.
