MTA Escalators Complaint - Escalators that are turned off

Review by nancy_maldonado6 on 2011-08-01
The escalator going down to the "J" train is constantly turned off at Parsons Blvd. & Archer Avenue, Jamaica Station. The back escalator going down to the "J" train is constantly being turned off and it isn't under a state of repair. As soon as school is out for the summer that particular escalator is turned off and people with arthritis and other disabilities are forced to walk down several long tiers of steps.

They always have a lie for this happening and no one seems to want to help.

Is there a MTA office customer service department that you can bring your concerns to?
