Office Depot Complaint - Office furniture delivery fail

I ordered office furniture set in beginning of July. I've got most parts delivered to my place but, still missing one more part to set up a desk. I've been calling Office Depot almost every day to find out where my last piece at least. Employees at Office Depot was not responsible at all on this case. Even when I talk to manager, he could do nothing but saying keep waiting. I don't understand how this huge company has no delivery tracking system established or employees are not trained properly. I'm very disappointed on their service. It's been over a month waiting on delivery. I strongly suggest that Office Depot establish deliverying tracking system and train employees properly.
