Charter Communications Complaint - Cable Replaced? DROPPED ACROSS DRIVEWAY!
SANFORD, NORTH CAROLINA -- According to Charter's Advertisements I just need to sit back and let it all in! Too bad its down more than its up! Ive been a Charter Communications customer for well over a decade now, I don't know why I expect them to provide a service I pay for. They never have... why would they change now?
My line to my house had bad signal quality so a technician was dispatched to replace it. No problem right? Wrong! The line was replaced and it fixed the issue. The one thing what the technician did not do was bury the line. He dropped the line ACROSS A DRIVEWAY.
The line that my business relies on is being pummeled by tires as I type this. The family that lives next door has three children in college all have cars and have places to be. They can't be expected to not drive over it.
I called Charter, maybe they can bury the line this week? No! It can take up to a MONTH to bury the line. Ive been through this years ago with them. it took THREE LINES before they sent the Technicians to bury the line and drop the line at the same time. My Internet was out for EIGHT MONTHS until they did this. I cannot allow that to happen again.
I would switch to another provider but I CANT there is no other high-speed Internet provider in my area.
I hate you so much Charter... so much...
