Comcast Cable Complaint - Getting no help with an ongoing problem since June 29,2001

On June 29th,2011 my credit card company issued a payment to Comcast for 450.00. they state it has not been received. I have provided proof of bank statement which I faxed to them several time. they deny this has been received. they have suspended service, where I had to again make cash payment of 450.00 again on July 11,2011. this was so they could restore service and continue investigating issue. on August 1 again went to local office in Carmel, NY with bank statement to seek help. I was told there was nothing they could do other than fax paperwork to billing dept. I explained I have done this several times, clerk stated "oh well" that's all I can do. I have called the 800 Comcast number over 60 times in 45 days to resolve this problem and have yet found anyone who would help me. Comcast customer service is horrible and I am at wits end. I want my 450.00 credit today.

Please call their customer loyalty department. They are the ones who handle issues immediately. You should not have to run around to get the help you need.
