US Airways Complaint - Don't connect Charlotte to Rome - Lost baggage
Lost baggage - Complaint
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA -- Just a tip for all, If your flying to Rome, Italy from Charlotte, N. C. Pack a carry on or better yet carry on. You'll never see your bag for weeks, and they know this. I've talked to some U.S. airline employee's and they admit, It's impossible to make the transfers on most flights.
With 4-5 flights per day it only took U.S. Air 5 days to call me and have the bag in Rome. To bad with a strong itinerary I was long gone.
After being told by a representative to purchase new clothing and personal items. They are trying to stiff me after returning to the States.
Here's the best part they couldn't do any better on the return flight. Yep you got it ! they lost it again. They know before hand that this will happen and are willing to screw the public on a case by case basis.

Though frustrating that your bag was misplaced your facts are far from accurate. US Airways has more than 600 flights per day (their largest hub) from CLT not "4-5 per day" I'm not sure who these "employees" you talked to as US Airways in 2010 was #1 in fewest bags misplaced amongst legacy carriers.
