AT&T Customer Relations! Complaint - EXTEMELY LONG HOLD TIMES/Never got to speak with a person!
We were cancelling our At&T and going to Xfinity because they were less expensive. Upon our cancellation we were talked into staying with AT&T for a similar price as Xfinity. But, apparently AT&T's billing statements are never reduced. After supposedly fixing the problem last month the bill was to be corrected as promised. BUT NO!!! Another high bill was received in the mail. The straw that breaks the camels back is I have to talk to a special department, Customer Relations, I have been on hold for 183 minutes and the clock still ticks. This is the worst customer service I have ever received!!! We should have switched to Xfinity.
