Baumerger's Furniture Complaint - Unresolved Defective Product

In March 2011 we ordered an electronic couch from Baumberger's on Morgan Ave. The fabric we chose required us to wait for the couch to be specially made. We paid for the product and purchased extra warranty for it. The couch was delivered some 6 weeks later. We began to have problems with the electronic mechanism after only 4 weeks. We reported our problem to Baumberger's. A man was sent to fix the couch. He said couch needed parts ordered. We called the store on a weekly basis for update on when the product would be fixed. The man once again came to our home to look at the couch in June 2011 still not fixing it, saying "parts are in warehouse, I'll be back next week". Dissatisfied with this I once again called the store still to no avail. The store owner came to our house on Sat. July 30 promising couch would be fixed soon. Today is Aug.2, 2011 some 4 months past the original complaint. This store is advertising going out of business sale. Store owner called me this morning from Las Vegas advising issue to be resolved on Thur. Aug, 4.

If the store is going out of business you'd best get your couch fixed ASAP or you're going to be out of luck.

Contact the manufacturer of the sofa.
