Deans Foods Complaint - Can't find IMO at any grocery stores!

Review by jean.ireland7 on 2011-08-03
How can I find what stores or chains of stores still carry IMO. I used to get it at Safeways and Luckys, but they stopped carrying it because they said it "didn't move very well". I can't imagine why because I have used it for years. It is great in many recipes and it doesn't spoil quickly like sour cream and has less calories. I am on the West Coast and last saw it in 2010.

It is very good for people who are lactose intolerant, as it containsno dairy or not enough to trigger the reaction. It does not separate and lasts much longer in the fridge than sour cream, and tastes ever so much better than sour cream. I love it on baked potatoes, mixed with Mrs, Grass' onion soup mix as a dip, and in many other recipes.

Have you tried Whole Foods, if they are in your area? If not, any type of natural grocery food store should carry IMO.

Not sure where you're at on the West Coast but I have seen it in Raley's Markets.
