Qwest Complaint - Qwest internet service recieves F- - internet

ARVADA, COLORADO -- For 5 years I have been promised 1.5 mbps service. At first all they could give me was 640 service because the equipment was bad in my area. I was told that they were going to upgrading the equipment soon. A year later I called to see when they were going to upgrade and I was told that they had done it and I had 1.5 service. 4 years later we were noticing how slow the internet was running. I found out that all I had was 640 service and I had 5 repair technicians out and numerous phone calls and they can not correct the problem. They refuse to give me any credit for the less than promised service. I have found all of my neighboors hve the same problem. We are going to file a neighborhood complaint with the PUC and our city. Qwest is not honest with their customers and they do not care about them. Stay away from Qwest!!!!!

Qwest got taken over by centurylink, maybe the service will improve. I had my landline go out with them 5 times couples years ago till I threatened to drop them then they fixed it for good.
