Thermospas Complaint - Service? - Hot Tub Repair

Thermospas service department leaves much to be desired, call and get placed on hold at least 15 minutes. I called twice in one day with a problem with my hot tub warm and cool settings, unable to raise temp. first call I was told that I am doing it wrong, for 5 years?,second call I was told by another person that I need a new heater and they can send someone to check it in about 4 weeks-4 weeks? I then went to the website and submitted a service repair ticket and was told a reply would come shortly, a week later and still no reply. I contacted the manufacturer of the top control pad and after describing the problem was told that the control pad needed to be replaced. I ordered a new one for $125.00 and installed it myself in a few minutes, problem solved. I would not recommend Thermospas and I will not do business with them again.

Smart thinking to call someone else after you had correctly thought about the problem. You probably saved a lot and it doesn't sound like Thermospas knew what they were talking about. It's clear they didn't want your business anyway.

What was the manufacturer of the panel? and was it a 1900D?
