Starbucks Complaint - $120 Coffee Grinder Refused to Grind
WESTERVILLE, OHIO -- I received it as a gift from my son. Not very long after getting it for Christmas it stopped grinding.
My son and I both tried to cojole it into working. Nothing worked.
I wanted my son to return it but he didn't so I took it back to the Westerville store.
The peron called 'manager' gave a multitude of excuses why Starbucks would not take it back including they did not sell it....I pointed to a big sign $99 sale, right within her eyesight.
She took it back to the crossroads of the kitchen and the counter service and took every part out of the box, taking it apart, sitting it on the filthy floor looking for anohter reason but could not find any. Still refusing to return our money she slid the filthy thing at me across the food counter.
I didn't want to touch it but loaded it back into my car.
The nexxt day I called the Starbucks manager.......his response, "stop in sometime and I'll buy you a cup of coffee".
Oh, NO you won't!
I HAVE NEVER GONE THROUGH THE ENTRY OF ANY STARBUCKS SINCE ane never will.
Corporate said it 'wasn't their problem'
Oh yes it is, you just lost two customers forever. And I hope a few more after this review.
