I love your clothing lines they are awesome for full figured women/girls. My complaint is very simple but necessary as it decides if I will continue shopping at fashionbug or go elsewhere. I have not once in all my shopping at fb which is a lot, seen any salesperson as well as managers fold up your clothing item and neatly put in bags. they just seem to roll them up & stuff them in a bag...needless to say by the time you get them home they are a mess of wrinkles!!!!! What happened to customer service ....I have to get in my car take out my purchases and fold them before going home....this is terrible.

I haven't experienced this at Fashion Bug, but I have experienced this at other retail stores. I think it has to do with their training. Next time you're there, ask a manager if they have a set way in which to bag clothes

This is a valid complaint and excellent feedback.
It's another reason I enjoy shopping at Kohl's. The cashiers always fold the clothes neatly before putting them in the bag. It may seem insignificant, but it's important to me.

Sure seems to be a reasonable suggestion. I think the problem is being willing to pay the associates well enough to require good help.
