Wal-Mart Complaint - Sent to JAIL for their detective self scanners!
TYLER HWY 64, TEXAS -- My boyfriend n I went to Wal-mart in Tyler Tx on 8/4/11 to pick up and replace (after a break in at our home) items. We had a 80.00 toaster oven, DVD player, lightbulbs and a pack of razors. We went through the self check out since the lines were a mile long as usuall! The clerk had to come to our register twice to ask if we wanted the extended warrany, she cleared it and we continued to scan our items hearing it make the bloop sound with each one. We kept our receipt in hand to show at the door for the large items. Upon exiting we were'nt ask but instead approached by a young man that we couldn't understand and then immediatley by a woman who did not identify herself! She blurted out "Im looking for the items you didn't scan"! He and I looked at each other in shock, to our knowledge everything DID scan! She snatched the receipt out of his hand, riffled through our bags and pulled out the razors! To our dismay told us "you didn't pay for these, come with me!"
