Complaint - incompetence

I ordered iron on name labels for my grandson's clothes (he's going to camp this coming Tuesday) over a month ago. When they hadn't arrived two weeks later, I called and was told there was some sort of shipping problem in Canada (the company is in Toronto) but they were on their way now. When I called a week or so later, they said they would ship a second batch. When I called yesterday, they said they would ship overnight by UPS, at a cost to me of $112 (for $9.00 worth of labels) and that I would have them today by noon. It's noon. I just talked to UPS. Namelabels specified delivery by noon the next WORKING DAY. That's Monday. Unbelievable incompetence.

You can report this to (since the company is based in Toronto) The Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services via or call (877) 665-0662.
