Precision Door Services Complaint - Repair of garage door opener

Review by Longjhl2 on 2011-08-07
On June 5th, 2011 Precision Door Services replaced my old garage door opener with a belt driven one costing 474 dollars... The next day the new opener was jumping back and forth on the rack just as the old one was doing... Company called and was told they would charge another 75 dollar fee to come out... It was suggested to check the safety lights and we did and found they were out of alignment...

The bottom line was they sold me (a senior citizen) an opener I didn't need... Calls to the company have gone unanswered.
