Zoom car rentals toronto Complaint - Terrible - do not use

DO NOT RENT FROM ZOOM TORONTO. I am not even going to mention that they are NOT at the airport and it is a huge pain to get to their location.....but I digress

Me and 12 other people were extremely dissatisfied that they had no cars yet we had reservations. Reminds you of that Seinfeld episode.

We thought we had reservations, and then there are no cars. Completely ruined my planned weekend.

Additionally, they customer service was terrible. They couldn’t tell us if they would be able to get us cars, what time we might get our vehicles etc. Truth is they didn’t even seem to care that we had reservations numbers.

It doesn’t matter if they are $10/day cheaper....if they have no cars they clearly aren't much good.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. carrentals.com really needs to dissociate themselves from dealing with this company……Hotwire, Expedia etc have already dissociated themselves with zoom for the reasons I have mentioned above.

This is a common complaint with many car rental agencies. Multiple cars are much more unlikely though. The problem is that cars are not returned when and where they are suppose to be.
