Wrigley's Compliment - Going the Extra mile...

Review by 143061 on 2011-08-08
I recently tried a new chewing gum, Wrigley's Extra (long lasting) Spearmint.

A. There are only 5 calories per stick of gum.
B. In regards to flavor retention...it honestly gives the Everlasting Gobstopper a run for its money.

I may not try another brand for a very long time, and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone else.

Yes, even Violet Beauregarde would be pleased...

Just remember each piece has sugar and calories, and that's bad for your teeth, as well as your healthy eating program.

Skye, it actually says on the package "sugarfree gum" so it probably is not that bad. Most sugarfree gums have xylitol which is a natural antibacterial. It's also ADA approved. :)

Ooops sorry. Good review, even though I can't read anymore :(.

Still calories are calories, just something to keep in mind.

Off to my kick boxing class.

I haven't had Wrigley's in a while. Good review and I think I'll pick some up when I shop today, J4A!
