MyCricket Wireless Complaint - Cricket is fraudulent

On March 11 I requested the cell phone services from Cricket for basic services at 35.00 flat, I paid this amount for two months, then they started charging taxes. Then in April I requested another phone services that suppose to be delivered the next day. I didn't received it, I wait four days, then I called to cancel it and asked them to credit my payment to my bank account. Two weeks later the phone arrived in my postal office box, I called them and they said that once I returned the phone, they will credit my refund in my bank acct. See, we are in August now and nothing happened. I made a complaint to the National Consumer Right and later called them, and guess what? they said they sent the complaint to Cricket, but I have to call them to ask for the refund. I am calling since yesterday and they can't find nothing about the second phone services I requested. I suggest to all of you with bad experience to complain in the consumer rights, probably looking that many of us are victims of Cricket, can pay more attention and do something. If I can understand your complaint right, it sounds like you wanted a second line/phone and, after the phone had been sent, wanted to cancel.

Sounds reasonable as long as Cricket doesn't force you to accept the contract. It doesn't sound like they are.
