VICTORVILLE, CALIFORNIA -- I received horrible customer service at Office Max in victorville. ca. I sent the impress center an email at 4 P.M. to be printed out. I then called and was on hold for 20 mins. When the assoicate finally got on the phone she said that she did not receive my email and to call back in 5 mins. I sent it again to the exact same address. I called back and was put on hold again for another 20 mins. I hung up and called back to ask why I was put on hold so long. Maribel was rude and told me that they are busy then put he back on hold while I was still talking. When the assoicate got on the phone again she said she received my email. What?? It was the same address. I then asked to speak to a manager, Myron, and was put on hold AGAIN for another 5 mins. The manager was no help. All he said was that they are busy. It is now 5:11 P.M. It took over an hour to find out if they got a simple email with a one page attachment. This is the worst customer service and I will never use their services or buy anything from OfficeMax again.
