DALLAS, TEXAS -- After waiting 10 for my promised refund, for a product that is not compatible with my hardware, I dared to make my 3rd very long phone call to the company. I spent 2 hours (again), speaking with a well-intentioned customer service representative, obviously from another continent. She put me on hold several times, as she attempted to communicate with her higher level peers, in Austin Texas. I was informed that I would not be receiving the refund, previously promised, for the unusable product...that doesn't sound legal??? I'm appalled that this Dallas, Texas based company is such a shoddy operation, and sending all the problematic calls to India, for no resolution. Shame on you [snip - no names please]. These actions are a terrible relection on each of you, as well as your company. I work for one of the largest school districts in NJ, and I will be sure to warn everyone I know about your "company". Enjoy my $96. It means nothing to you, but it meant some classroom supplies to me and my students. I wish I had checked out some of the many negative reviews of your company before ordering, now I will add to them. So Un-American for a Texas Company! I love Texas and have family there, and this is so Un-Texas! It's an embarrasssment! Lisa
