Verizon Complaint - Stay Away From Verizon
Been with Verizon DSL since it came around. Good service until FiOS hit the stage. Since then DSL service has been terrible, slow speeds, daily disconnections for hours happening every 2- 10 minute intervals. Use of the internet is practically impossible. I called them just for them to put me on hold for three hours. They transferred me to different departments all claiming to say wrong department, thus the hold time. Finally decided to send a technician over to check inconsistency and conveniently the DSL lines were "out" so they rescheduled another appointment in which the technician never arrived. Took a week to fix the so called "outage" when the house next to me and down the block have DSL running.
