Federal Express Corp Complaint - No Response

I have tried on numerous occasions to reach a Federal Express customer service agent to help me in getting better rates. Each time I was told someone would call me back and in each case no one did. The saddest part of this is that I am sure that I reached a different person each time I called, strongly suggesting that no one at Federal Express cares about taking care of its customers, or to rephrase in my case, its former customer. What kind of organization has no monitoring of employees to be sure they do their jobs. Federal Express could have held on to me if they had just returned one call!!??

if you are a business, you can get better rates depending on how much you ship and overall value. if you are an individual, you will not be allowed special pricing.

We gave up on FedEx long ago along with UPS. To expensive along with to many people that just no longer care at both companies. We now use USPS as much as possible. Our local office calls us by our first names and bends over backwards to make sure we are happy with using them to ship.

The first year we dumped FedEx and UPS we saved about 40% on our Express and Priority packages.

I assume that you are a business, and that is how you plan to leverage better rates.

Sounds reasonable to me - they should have done you the courtesy of returning the call - that's common sense. Good complaint.
