Federal Express Corp Complaint - No Response
I have tried on numerous occasions to reach a Federal Express customer service agent to help me in getting better rates. Each time I was told someone would call me back and in each case no one did. The saddest part of this is that I am sure that I reached a different person each time I called, strongly suggesting that no one at Federal Express cares about taking care of its customers, or to rephrase in my case, its former customer. What kind of organization has no monitoring of employees to be sure they do their jobs. Federal Express could have held on to me if they had just returned one call!!??
