The online company promotes items they don't have.
Fraud. Period.

I orderd a Bonsai for my daughter's engagement party in enough time to 'get there'. I was informed via email FAR TOO LATE - they didn't have Bonsai. No time to make amends - nothing.


Selling things they don't have and not even caring enough to let you know in an expedient manner.
