Rented a car was charged for going through a toll booth totaling 0.80 the administration fee was 15.00 totaling $15.80 and that's not all the charged me again from a different state 18.00 admin fee for a 0.80 total. over 30.00 dollars for a buck sixty toll exchange what a joke. When I made my inquirer as to why, I was meet with the self centered ignoramus who needed a lesson in customer service.

The question in my mind is, was your car the one that failed to pay these tolls, on a day that you were the renter? If so, the fees sound legitimate. If not, you have every right to be upset.

If your only complaint is the amount of the administration fee - it seems to me the toll authority must charge a penalty, which in this case would pass to the owner of the car, and then to you. I am surprised they are so low.
