Ryobi Complaint - 18 v Battery for Lawnmower
I brought my 18v Ryobi Battery to a service center as required by Ryobi. The battery tested as needing replacement. It will be replaced but there is at least a 6 week delay until it arrives at the warehouse.
When I called Ryobi Customer "Service," I was told that there was nothing else they could do. The representative suggested that I could borrow a neighbor's lawnmower or buy a new one to cut my grass over the next 6+ weeks. I was told that Ryobi has a 90 day window to resolve a warranty issue -- even though this is not written in there warranty.
A supervisor was not available when I asked to speak to a supervisor.
This is unacceptable.
