Verizon Fios Services Complaint - How Many Times Will Your Customer Service Reps Hang Up On Me?

Verizon customer service is terrible. They lost one of my phone numbers, a fax number, and can no longer find it in the computer. I wondered why I was not receiving faxes for six months! Whenever I call them to correct the numerous problems I've been having, including no signal on my kitchen television, and scrambling on both my old DVR box and the new one they sent me, I am either hung up on or transferred to another department that tells me that it was the previous department that should be helping me.

Today I was transferred to India. I am finally dumping Verizon, the most expensive and worst company I have ever dealt with.

Chances are that Indians will be answering more customer service calls for Verizon since their US CSR's are presently on strike.
