Virgin Mobil Prepaid Broadband Complaint - Unable to Activate MiFi hot spot
Virgin Mobil MiFi Hot Spot will not activate and Customer service in Manila P. I. is exceptionally rude and will not help. The phone number listed on the product packaging was not even correct. They have sold a lot of these devices and many people complain about the service but those of us, nobody knows how many, who cannot even get the device activated cannot readily access the internet to complain and customer service is just a stone wall waste of time. Does anyone known of an agency or attorney who can take legal action against them for defrauding the public?
