Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - Extended Warranty Not As Described and Terrible Customer Service
To start out, I would never buy another product from HP. This computer has been terrible, replaced once, a class action lawsuit relating to it and terrible customer service.
Their extended warranty purports to provide in home service. However, it is almost impossible to get them to honor it. First, you spend hours on the phone troubleshooting with someone in India, then if that doesn't work, you pack up the computer and send it back to their shop. They will only provide in house service if a particular part is identified as broken.
Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand of computer, printer, tablet or whatever.
