Toshiba America Consumer Products Inc. Complaint - Toshiba Regza - 42 inch LCD
42 inch LCD - Complaint
I purchased this piece of garbage 2.5 years ago for my husband for Christmas. The Regza has since started with horizontal lines for the first half an hour it was on. Now it has vertical lines with no possible picture other than colors for up to an hour. When paying 1000 dollars for a television, I expect it to last longer than 2.5 years.

Did you, by any chance, contact the place you purchased the television with? Many places either offer or give extended warranties with the product which will cover you in these cases.
I like the Toshiba television I have. I guess that the frustration is that there is a percentage of any product that can have problems for whatever reason.
