Amtrak Customer Service Dept. Complaint - Inability To Talk To A Represdentative On The Phone
I'm writing to inform Amtrak, that I was disturbed by a two hour delay on the carolinia. I departed New York penn station, on July 29 2011. I was supposed to arrive in Wilsdon N. C at 335pm. The train did not rach Wilson N. C. until five thirty pm. My question, is, can I receive a redit or a monetary refund?
